Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Alex Brown. Among other things, I write and tell stories. Mostly fantasy, but I’ve also been known to dabble in other genres.

I’m the son of two teachers who instilled in me a love for reading and stories from early on. I’ve been making things up in my head and writing them down ever since. I firmly believe that stories are doorways to other worlds. Some are happy and full of light. Others are sad and full of darkness. There are many different story-doors for you to choose from, and I’d be absolutely delighted if you went on an adventure through one of mine.

I have my MDiv from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary and am the Marketing & Content Copywriter at Northwestern Publishing House. I also write weekly devotional posts on their blog site. I currently live in Wisconsin with my lovely family and am most likely writing various works of fiction and drinking coffee right now. Lots of coffee.
